RHOS FYNACH WEDDINGS.

The Rhos Fynach combines its centuries of history with the modern day and is the perfect venue for small to medium sized weddings, blessings and civil ceremonies.

 

We can comfortably accommodate up to 46 day guests for a Wedding Breakfast and up to 80 day guests for a Buffet.

In Winter, we can accommodate up to 80 evening guests in the private function room and in the Summer up to 100 evening guests in the private function room and outside terrace.

We offer our set Wedding Package or can work with you to create a bespoke package to suit a variety of budgets and tastes. We pride ourselves on working with you to meet your individual requirements to create a day that is truly memorable, making The Rhos Fynach an ideal place for your celebration.

  • CAN WE HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE VENUE?
    No, unfortunately, we can only offer exclusive use of the function spaces.
  • ARE YOU LICENSED FOR CIVIL CEREMONIES?
    Yes.
  • CAN WE HAVE THE WEDDING CEREMONY OUTDOORS?
    No, we only have a license for indoor weddings.
  • DO YOU CHARGE CORKAGE IF WE SUPPLY OUR OWN WINE?
    Yes; £8 per bottle.
  • CAN WE USE OUR OWN CATERERS?
    No, we do not allow for outside catering as we are first and foremost a pub/restaurant.
  • FROM WHAT TIME CAN WE GET ACCESS TO DECORATE THE VENUE?
    For weddings, we will always offer access to the room on the morning of and possibly the day before as well but this is dependent on whether we have any other functions the previous day.
  • WHAT TIME DOES THE RECEPTION NEED TO FINISH?
    Finish Time: Bar and music 1am.
  • ARE FIREWORKS ALLOWED?
    Permission must be granted by the council for fireworks.
  • IS CONFETTI ALLOWED?
    Yes.
  • ARE CANDLES ALLOWED?
    Yes, but only small tea lights.
  • IS THERE ACCOMMODATION ON SITE?
    No.
  • CAN WE SUPPLY OUR OWN DJ?
    Yes, however your DJ must provide us with their public liability license.
